Principal
Adam is a Principal at OpenView, where he focuses on investing in and building companies in several sectors, including software, digital media and technology enabled businesses.
Prior to joining OpenView, Adam worked as a Senior Associate at Battery Ventures focusing on investments in marketing services, fintech, and digital media. At Battery, Adam was on the Board of J. Hilburn and MoreMagic, a Board Observer at Exact Target and The NewsMarket, and was actively involved with Cortera.
Prior to Battery, Adam was Director of Corporate Development for The Boston Celtics, where he led strategic initiatives for the team. He also worked at Lycos (sold to Telefonica), where he was responsible for M&A, private equity and joint venture investment within North America, Europe and Asia.
Earlier in his career, Adam worked in Business Development at Gamesville.com (sold to Lycos) and at Tripod.com, which was an early innovator in the online community space (sold to Lycos).
Adam earned a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
